We offer a 7-day free trial with 5 analyses. The trial:

• Does not require credit card information
• Ends after 7 days or 5 analyses (whichever comes first)
• Can only be used once per user

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $49/month. You agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your billing period
• No refund is provided for partial months
• Your data will be retained for 30 days

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of purchase
• Provide a reason for the refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Resell or redistribute the Service

You retain ownership of workflows and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Process and analyze your workflows
• Store your data as necessary to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for improvements

We will not share your specific workflow data with third parties without your consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• That all vulnerabilities will be detected

You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend reviewing analysis results manually.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATION AUDITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from security breaches or vulnerabilities not detected
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automation Audits from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or submit

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Anthropic Claude, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your account is used fraudulently
• You fail to pay fees
